You post a head-to-head question in your league's scoring format, people vote before kickoff, and every pick is scored automatically at the end of the week.
Picks are weighted by how contested the question was: agreeing with the crowd on an obvious call earns little, and being right on a coin flip earns close to full credit. The leaderboard therefore ranks people who are good at close decisions rather than people who answer the easy ones.
