Everything a normal league has — PPR scoring, trades, waivers, play-by-play during game week — plus spells drawn from a per-week mana pool. Lock one of your players to their projection when you do not trust them, or hit an opponent's starter with a "Tweaked Hamstring" that shaves a percentage off their score.
Nothing is guaranteed to land. Each player carries attributes the caster rolls against, damage is rolled separately, a natural 20 doubles it, and a bad roll can backfire on the caster.
